Terms of Service

OAIO is a cloud-based identity management platform that provides visualization, analysis, and management capabilities for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) environments.

The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Group membership visualization and hierarchies
• User lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding)
• Azure RBAC role assignment analysis
• Conditional access policy management
• Exchange Online integration
• Security compliance monitoring

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) account
• Have appropriate permissions to access organizational data
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

By using the Service, you grant OAIO permission to access your Microsoft Graph API data with the following scopes:

All permissions are used solely to provide the Service functionality and are governed by our Privacy Policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Your Data: You retain all rights to your organizational data. We access Microsoft Graph data only with your explicit consent and use it solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: OAIO retains all rights to the Service software, including design, code, features, and intellectual property.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Emergency maintenance or security updates
• Third-party service outages (Azure, Microsoft Graph)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Premium Subscriptions:

• Billed monthly via Stripe payment processing
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime from account settings
• Refunds granted only as required by law
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, OAIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You may terminate:

• Close your account at any time via Account Deletion
• Cancel Premium subscription without penalty
• Export your data before deletion (contact support)

We may terminate or suspend access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account is inactive for over 12 months
• Required by law or legal process

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@oaio.cloud to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

You and OAIO agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
